One easy habit for a healthy and sustainable 2022

Whether you enter the new year with a list of resolutions or just one, it starts us off with a sense of hope. When you nail that new habit, you get that uplifting feeling of accomplishment.

As you figure out your resolution(s) for 2022, here is an easy one that will improve your health and help fight climate change:

**SNACK ORGANICALLY**

Organically produced food is grown without chemicals and requires farmers to farm sustainably and be stewards of the earth.

If you keep your snacks as organic and unprocessed as possible, with a limited number of top-quality, clean ingredients, you will eat healthier. And be a good steward of your body - it's the only one you have to take care of for your whole life!

That's it. Easy! You don't have to snack organically 100% of the time - just increase your percentage every month, and you will hit December having accomplished something big.
